Active Shooter Reported Near Virginia Commonwealth University

An active shooter has been reported near Virginia Commonwealth University’s (VCU) Monroe Park campus. Initial reports indicate that 4 people were shot at a high school graduation ceremony near Monroe Park and the Altria Theater in Richmond, Virginia.
