Ammonia Leak at Chicago Ice Plant, Hazmat Personnel Respond
Hazmat personnel have responded to an ammonia leak at a Chicago ice plant located on 3700 west 59 street. A level two hazmat and EMS plan 1 have been activated to address the situation. Residents in the area have been told to stay inside as a large plume is visible from the ice plant.
