A mass shooting has been reported near Edward Waters University in Jacksonville, Florida. An active shooter fired at passing cars before entering the Dollar General on Jacksonville’s King Avenue. The shooter left a manifesto saying he hated black people and had a gun with Nazi symbols.
Shooter Left Manifesto Saying He Hated Black People
The shooter was a white male in his early 20s. He killed 3 people at the Dollar General store before shooting himself. He left several manifestos stating that he “hated black people”. The active shooter used an AR-style rifle, Glock, vest, and mask. The shooter reportedly put on a bulletproof vest in the parking lot of Edward Waters Parking lot before the shooting.
