A former “good guy with a gun” has been identified as the suspect responsible for a deadly mass shooting at the Allen Premium Outlets in Allen, Texas. Mauricio Martinez Garcia, a 33-year-old Hispanic male with a tattoo on his hand, arrived in his car and stopped at H&M before getting out and opening fire.
