Reports of Explosion near Kerch Strait Bridge Unconfirmed by Crimean Officials

Crimean Officials have stated that they cannot confirm the reports of an explosion or attack near the Kerch Strait Bridge. They have urged people to “Please not escalate. All services are working. In case of emergencies, information will be given immediately.”

The bridge at this time has gone dark. Not a single light can be seen from Kerch facing Russia. This might be due to a security measure. Some reports are also surfacing on social media regarding an attack today on the Crimean bridge.
