Suspect in Jacksonville Dollar General Attack Identified

The suspect in the attack at the Dollar General store in Jacksonville, Florida has been identified as Ryan Palmeter. Ryan, who carried out the racially motivated attack that took the lives of three Black Jacksonville residents, had a history of mental health issues. He left a manifesto saying he hated black people and had a gun with Nazi symbols.

Ryan Palmeter lived with his mother Maryann Palmeter who works at Jacksonville College of Medicine.

Ryan Palmeter Named as Suspect with History of Mental Health Issues

Ryan killed 3 people at the Dollar General store before shooting himself. He used an AR-style rifle, Glock, vest, and mask during the attack. This tragic incident has shaken the community and our thoughts are with the victims and their families during this difficult time.
