Austin Police Investigate Suspicious Activity at AUS
Austin Police have determined that there is no threat to the public following an investigation into suspicious activity at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). The Blue and Red Garages have reopened, except for the third floor of the Red Garage while the investigation continues.
Terminal and flight operations are normal, and the airport is operating as usual. The Blue Garage and adjacent Admin building were closed earlier as a precaution while authorities investigated the suspicious activity.
No Threat to Public, Terminal and Flight Operations Normal
The safety and security of passengers and staff is a top priority for AUS and all necessary measures are being taken to ensure their well-being.
